The fundamental factor affecting the markets
today is the deterioration of confidence in the future of our
currency. Because this confidence cannot be measured objectively,
except as it is reflected in the markets, and cannot be predicted, all
market analysts and forecasters are beginning to sound more like voodoo
and hocus-pocus practitioners. Efforts to control markets with
artificial money always lead to uncontrollable chaos instead. The
workers of iniquity eventually encounter that which they fear and
conspire to eradicate.
