"Hearing" Statement

Statement
(Presented to a Municipal Court Judge)

May the blessings of God be upon everyone in this room.  I bring you greetings from the Kingdom of Heaven.

My name is, and always has been, John.  I am a steward of Jesus of Nazareth, God's Anointed Son, the risen Lord.  Whenever it is necessary to establish identity, I must be addressed as John, Steward of Jesus.

I, John, Steward of Jesus, am a flesh-and-blood man, created by God the Father and living under his law in his kingdom, also known as the Kingdom of Heaven, under the exclusive authority of the Lord Jesus, God's Son.

I, John, Steward of Jesus, have given full allegiance to King Jesus.  I have renounced, and hereby again renounce, all fidelity and allegiance to every other potentate, prince, state, or sovereignty whatsoever.  In the Kingdom of Heaven I am a member of the Embassy of Heaven Church at Sublimity, Oregon.

I, John, Steward of Jesus, live outside the jurisdiction of all other sovereigns.  I am not a legal person in any legal system of the world.  The sovereign I serve asserts his jurisdiction everywhere on the earth which he created.  "The earth is the Lord's, and everything in it, the world and all who live in it." (Psalm 24:1)  I have repented and found forgiveness for my past, when I gave fidelity and allegiance to other sovereigns or states.  Any questions regarding such commitments which I gave in the past are moot questions.  Those allegiances have been renounced.  They are void.  I have been reborn as a member of God's household, as an adopted son in God's Kingdom.  I have given my undivided, heartfelt, and unreserved allegiance to Jesus of Nazareth, the Anointed Son of the Living God, King of Kings and Lord of Lords.  "The government will be on his shoulders, and he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.  Of the increase of his government and peace there will be no end." (Isaiah 9:6)

I, John, Steward of Jesus, do not participate in the affairs of any other political jurisdiction.  Therefore I will not participate in any proceedings of this court.  My body is here today in these jail clothes only because I have been kidnapped, imprisoned, and brought here with force.  I will remain here and witness for my Lord only so long as I am forcefully prevented from leaving.  I do not belong here.  I am not one of the people of your kingdom.  I am here as a hostage from a foreign kingdom.

I, John, Steward of Jesus, believe that those who have brought me here are acting with good and honorable intentions.  But they are acting under a serious mistake of law, thinking that I am lawfully under their authority.  I forgive them for their mistake, and for their actions.

I, John, Steward of Jesus, am not submitting the issue of jurisdiction to this court.  The issue has been settled in the court of Heaven.  I simply declare to all who have ears to hear that I live in God's Kingdom, where Jesus is Lord.  I need no other government.  Any further questions or complaints regarding my identity or behavior may be taken into the Kingdom of Heaven, where I am accountable on all matters.  I am willing to assist anyone in submitting such an inquiry or complaint.

I, John, Steward of Jesus, appeal only to my Father in Heaven.  In the words of the prophet Isaiah, "The Lord is my judge, the Lord is my lawgiver, the Lord is my king; it is he who will save me." (Isaiah 33:22)  As James, brother of Jesus, says in his New Testament letter, "There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save and destroy." (James 4:12)  His is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever.  Amen!
